Hartlepool Carers have worked closely with PFC Trust for several years, Funds were raised for Hartlepool carers caravan where many of our carers have taken advantage of a short break with Family & Friends.

To help continue the amazing work, we are once again supporting The PFC Trust by joining the campaign #getupandgive.

Hartlepool Carers has organised a Race Night Friday 29th September 2023 at café One77.

Tickets are available at £5 per person, Available from Hartlepool Carers Reception.
