Shape the development and delivery of services
Family Hubs are central points across Hartlepool providing access to families with children and young people aged 0-19 (0-25 of families with SEND) with early help and a range of services to build strong relationships. Families’ views and lived experiences are essential to help shape services.
Our Family Hub Panel provides families the opportunity to meet and help shape the development and delivery of services to our children and young people in Hartlepool. It is also an opportunity to meet other families, share experiences and join in fun activities.
We meet regularly at venues across Hartlepool.
