We have launched ‘Bringing Christmas Home‘ to help bring joy and cheer into the lives of those that need it most and we are looking for organisations and individuals who would be willing to help us. You can help by donating the cost of a box of Christmas cards to Hartlepool Carers or buy an extra selection box for one of our Young Carers to give them a little treat this Christmas?
