Here are our weekly social activities
Here at Hartlepool Carers we have a lot of social groups and activities as well as big one-off events throughout the year!

Monday
Wellness Walk – 10am at Various Locations. See our Facebook Page for details.
Bingo (online & in person) – 1pm-2pm at Hartlepool Carers Hub, Lowthian Road.
Tuesday
Moving Forward Group – 11am-12:30pm at Old West Quay.
Warm Hub Lunch Club – 12:45pm-2pm at Hartlepool Carers Hub, Lowthian Road.
Wednesday
Supporting Positive Mental Health Group – 10am-12noon at LilyAnne’s Wellbeing Cafe, York Road.
Coffee Afternoon – 1pm-2pm at Central Hub, York Road.
Friday
Crafty Carers Group – 10am at Hartlepool Carers Hub, Lowthian Road.

SEND Parent Carer Drop-In – 9:30am-11am at Middleton Grange Family Hub (Windsor Offices).
Tuesday
Young Carers After-School Group (5years-11years Primary Age) – 3:45pm-5:15pm at Rossmere Youth Centre, Rossmere Way.
Thursday
Young Carers After-School Group (11years-18years Secondary Age) – 3:45pm-5:15pm at Throston Youth Centre, Wiltshire Way.
