Hartlepool Carers is asking you to make a pledge below to our Young Carers.
We want them to be able to be free to enjoy being a kid, have fun, be loud and creative and allow their colourful natures to shine though. So many Young Carers miss out on socialising, experiences and the opportunity to be care free, so lets change that.. here are some options of how you can help depending on the type of pledge you’d like to make.

Disneyland Paris!
Would you like to give a child a once in a lifetime experience? Then you can help!
Young Carers dedicate a lot of their time to help others with long-term conditions and disabilities, with little respite and the chance to take part in activities like their peers we are aiming BIG!
We need to raise £4500 to allow ten young carers and two staff to have the experience of a lifetime, this covers transport costs, hotel and theme park tickets.
