What you will need to bring with you to each activity:

Transport Info

All young carers will be picked up and dropped off at the following pick-up points during the summer:-

For bigger trips like Lightwater Valley and Wet & Wild all will need to meet at Hartlepool Carers as our bus is too big to do pick-ups.

We will add other points if it becomes apparent several young carers from a particular area want to attend and we will keep you informed about this.

Money for trips

If you want to pay for trips bit by bit you can do so just let us know.

Lunch during activities

We are hoping to receive funding to supply packed lunches for all participants this summer. We will keep you informed.

Telephone numbers

Please let us know if your mobile number changes – this is really important as it is the main way we contact you. Any incidents/changes to plans will be sent by text to you especially during summer activities. If we don’t have an up to date number we can’t contact you to let you know.
