Receptionist / Admin Work

Hartlepool Carers have an exciting employment opportunity available for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Operation Manager, this role will provide a professional reception and administration service to Hartlepool Carer.

The successful candidate will be organised, structured, be able to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the reception service for Hartlepool Carers ensuring the highest level of customer service.  The postholder will also assist in the effective provision of administrative duties (e.g. word processing correspondence and reports, typing of minutes, photocopying, transcribing audio records, maintaining and updating appropriate filing systems, maintenance of adequate stationery and other office duties).

The right person will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to demonstrate integrity, and be trustworthy You must possess high written and spoken English, competent in the use of MS Office and have the ability to work flexibly and build effective working relationships

Operations Manager

Hartlepool Carers have an exciting employment opportunity available for an Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will support all aspects of day-to-day operations and people management across Hartlepool Carers.

The successful candidate will be organised, structured and be able to ensure the effective day-to-day management and development of our staff. The Operations Manager will ensure the implementation of best-recognized practice in order effectively meet the diverse needs of our service users.

The right person will have experience managing staff ideally in a Health and Social Care environment, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to demonstrate integrity, be trustworthy and a role model to all staff members. You must possess high written and spoken English, competent in the use of MS Office and have the ability to develop excellent working relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. LA partners and other key stakeholders) to ensure that the services of Hartlepool Carers is positively promoted and remains responsive to the changing needs of Carers and stakeholders.
