Your generous donations, whatever the size, will help us to continue supporting carers throughout Hartlepool. You can donate in several different ways:
You can send donations by post using a cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Hartlepool Carers’ to:
19a Lowthian Road
You can call into the Centre with your donation, anytime between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
We would be happy to collect any donations if you are unable to get to the centre.
Leaving a Will is the only way you can be certain that your property and possessions will pass to those who you want to benefit.
Gifts in Wills (or ‘legacies’) are an important part of a charity’s income. Leaving a gift in your will is a wonderful way to ensure that Hartlepool Carers can continue to help unpaid carers in your local community.
When you decide to make your Will, it is advisable to go to a solicitor who will offer to help word your Will in a clear and unambiguous way and advise you on the different types of gifts that can be included in your Will.
When a loved one dies, families may choose to ask for donations for Hartlepool Carers Centre in lieu of floral tributes.
We are also able to provide letters of thanks that you can send to those who make donations.
Hartlepool Carers are assisting directly and linking people with other organisations when more appropriate, to ensure every carer gets the support they require.
